Please note, a child is defined by age and must be under the age of 16.
If a child does not have any proof of age, it is at the discretion of the Ice Rink Management as to whether a child or adult ticket is required.
Management holds the right to refuse entry and Ice Rink Management decision is final.
No-one under the age of 4 years old will be allowed on the rink.
4-12 year olds must be accompanied by an adult on the rink.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry/eject patrons from the rink without refund.
Refunds are only given at management discretion.
Personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk.

If you are unsure about going on the rink, please check with a member of staff
• All users of the Ice Rink skate at their own risk.
• Socks and gloves MUST be worn. Do not wear long coats, long scarves or dangly jewellery.
• No smoking, alcohol, food or drink within the Ice rink Barriers. Do not use mobile phones / cameras on the ice. Please place any rubbish in the bins provided.
• If anyone has any medical condition that may be affected by skating, lighting, loud music, etc. Please advise the Rink management... Rink management holds the right to refuse entry onto the ice.
• Ice skates must be worn only in skate room or on the ice.
• Please do not sit on or climb over the ice rink barriers.
• If you notice any dangerous behavior or someone not complying with rink rules, notify a rink steward immediately.
• Abusive or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the rink.
• If you are hurt or see anyone injured, notify a steward immediately.
• A First Aid station is located in the rink marquees.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable; in exceptional circumstance and at the sole discretion of the Management, the rink may need to be closed. In this event, everything will be done to rearrange another convenient session for skating.
• If for any reason the rink is closed we will endeavor to keep closure updated on ticket office web site (main cause of closure will be severe windy conditions)
• On entering the Ice Rink you consent to any photography, filming, or recording authorized or arranged by us for promotional purposes. Should you be on the Ice Rink at the time we shall use reasonable endeavors to inform you that such photography, filming, or recording is taking place
• Rink staff are provided for your safety and you must follow their instructions at all times.
• Items left at the skate counter are left at the owner’s risk.
• In the event of an emergency all skaters must follow instructions of rink managers and marshals.
• Group bookings is 10 people/children and over.
• Any organized parties or gatherings please contact ticket office and rink management.
• Group bookings of children under 12 must be accompanied by a skating adult, we advise the following ratios for schools, community and family groups:-
- 2 members of staff/parent to every 6 children aged 7 or under
- 2 members of staff/parent to every 10 children aged 8 or over
• We welcome all people with special needs; please contact rink management or ticket office for further advice.
Fort Fun General Advice
• If you fall, take your hands off the ice. To get up, bring one leg up place hands on your knee and push yourself up. Do not crawl to the side barriers. If you cannot get up – alert a rink steward.
• Be aware of your limits and do not exceed them. If you need help – ask a steward.
• Please wear warm clothing. Socks and gloves must be worn.
• Ensure that your skate laces or clips are tight and the boot is offering good support to your ankle.
• Do not take off your shoes until you get to the skate counter. Do not put your skates on until you reach your seat.

- Rink management must be advised on all group bookings
• People who are wheelchair bound must have a carer where deemed necessary.
• Only one wheelchair at any one time, unless arranged in a group booking with rink management
• Wheelchairs must not be left stationary or stop on barrier line ; wheels will burn into ice and become a danger to anyone trying to pass on the barrier
• People with a disability who are not wheelchair bound, must be able to support themselves on the ice and have a carer with them where deemed necessary.
Booking
• We cannot guarantee availability on the day if not pre booked for one off skating sessions
• All carers accompanying a person with special needs go free
